Anyone get and read the book? Just ordered it and was wondering what others thought.

This is the Alicia Silverstone book...she was on Oprah yesterday.
I haven't read the book, but have it on my buy list. I think it sounds like a good, clean diet, however could never follow it 100% of the time. I am not vegan and could never be!

It sounds interesting, Im gona buy it. My dh is vegan but I could only eat like him for 2 weeks tops.
I would agree with her that I my stomach was less bloated and my skin looked better.

i've done it and swear by it.
i also swear by eating raw, i never looked or felt better when going 100% raw.
now, i am around 90%
