The little things that make me happy.
So since I moved here to NC, I can't find Boars head cold cuts. My mom came from NY last week and brought all the cold cuts I love. I did some research and found a Lowes supermarket in Matthews that sells them. Im thrilled, Im going today to get some REAL ham and turkey, and maybe some salami.
Small things make this chick

OMG I have the funniest story about this!
DH and I were out driving around during our first few months here. We couldn't believe that Boar's Head cold cuts were nowhere to be found.
One day, we're stopped at an intersection on 74, and we see a BOAR'S HEAD TRUCK go by!!! We were both like  and we actually waited for the light to turn and FOLLOWED THE TRUCK!!!!!!
It pulled into Lowe's and we knew we had hit the mother load! They're expensive but WORTH IT!
Now, if I could just find a place that makes potato salad--REAL potato salad that isn't served warm and made with eggs and mustard
