From what I remember of her from ms/hs, she was never the brightest crayon in the box. She was a very impressionable girl. It's actually sad. She was the type of girl who had the potential to get wrapped up in things without even realizing what she was doing. I'm in no way defending her, I just believe her mental capacity could allow her to get wrapped up in something she had no idea about. Kind of if he said, can you drive me to the pharmacy? He commits the crime and she drives him home not even knowing swhat happened.

I'm going to assume it's both of them. I can't imagine he would kill 4 people just to get pills for his wife. Not to mention he looks totally strung out.
