The nausea has set in
After a near fainting episode this morning, most likely from low blood sugar, I can't even fathom eating today. I forced a yogurt down but gagged as I was eating it. Also barely got an egg sandwich down this morning. But, I've been grazing all day. Can't think of a large meal. Any suggestions? Ive been drinking a ton of water. It's the only thing I have no issue with. But has to be ice cold.

Re: The nausea has set in
I would say small meals all day. And I've heard carbs help a sour stomach.

Dairy usually upsets my stomach even more when I had morning sickness, so I would try to stay away from that when your feeling nauseous. Small meals is best and carbs were my best friend (crackers, bagels, toast, granola, etc). Keep staying hydrated. Also sucking on peppermint candies helped settle my stomach.

A toasted bagel with butter was my best friend in the first few weeks.

Re: The nausea has set in
I started every work day with a bagel with very very light cream cheese. I ate it over the course of the morning. It got me through most mornings.
Try, with caution, lemonade. It helped me, but some people it makes worse.

Re: The nausea has set in
I've been doing a bagel every morning, except this morning bc for some reason I thought an egg sandwich would be better. I'll go back to a bagel tomorrow. I just got a peanut butter and jelly sandwich down. Took me about an hour to work myself up to eating anything

Wow you're really early for nausea; you can try bagels or toast in the mornings.

I thought so too. When I had my first, it didn't start until after 6 weeks. And even that wasn't as bad as what I'm feeling now.

My morning sickness started at 5.5 weeks too with both my girls, my son 6 weeks and this pregnancy 6 weeks also. Maybe you are having a girl?
