It's the all-in-one meal kits by table topper. It comes with a Sesame Street themed table topper, utensils and a bib all wrapped up in a disposable sippy cup. I got a four pack of them for $2.49!

You know..I just realized I already have ALL of those items individually and probably could've made little kits myself  I'm such a sucker for convenience!
