The Nurse Told Me I Am Just About 4 Weeks Pregnant Already..Can That Be Possible?

I am so confused now..how does it work? I had my transfer on Jan 24th. How can I be almost 4 weeks? Is she wrong? So when would my due date be then? I am so bad at all of this

I believe the start counting from the first day of your period. It doesn't make a lot of sense, but that is how they start counting. So by the time you find out your are pregnant, you are considered to be four weeks along.

Yup, you are 4 weeks now! If you do a due date calculator online you can figure out your due date. With most you can put in the date of conception, since you know from IVF! It will give you an estimate until you have an ultrasound or two. Early u/s may not be totally accurate in terms of dating but should be close. My first 2-3 (6, 7, 8 weeks) showed I was 2-3 days behind but I caught up by my 12 week ultrascreen. It worried me some, but I saw growth at each one that was within expectations for each day/week, so I felt better then.

Yep. they count from the first day of AF. So when you had your transfer you were two weeks.
