Northport station is your best bet. Depending on what time you leave you may have to transfer in Huntington to catch the Northport line. Its very easy though.
Chili's is about 5-7 mins. (maybe not even) away.

i think my maybe is leaning towards a no coming from bklyn, it will take a little over an hour to drive. leaving early that day will be out of the question since its the last day of the month

Depart PENN station @ 6:27pm
transfer @ Jamaica
Arrive NORTHPORT station @ 7:37pm
be at Chili's right on time!
[oh yeah, its peak so tickets are $10.75]
