Dirty little secret starts tomorrow. Welcome to the obsession....
The house is extremely colourful - so colourful that it might take us time to get used to.
The living room and kitchen are decorated like a winter cabin “on crack” - logs and stones, like the wallpaper on the third level during BB8 - to match the winter season. They even have REAL TREES in the diary room! ***? Do they want to leaf you with a good impression? Make the HGs bark up the wrong tree? The living room also sports a circular couch for the big happy HG family.
The third level is no longer the log wallpaper and is bookshelf wallpaper. I sense themes… everywhere.
The HoH room has a surfer theme - gnarly, dude! The other bedrooms have low walls which divide up a little bit of individual space for the HG - great idea! One room has a nautical them! Fun.
The backyard now sports a firepit to keep the HG warm on the frosty winter nights. The pool is also heated now!

***Due to last seasons prolific rule breaking Big Brother 9 may institute a 3 Strikes rule, and any contestant who knowingly or unknowingly breaks 3 of the golden rules, is called to the DR and summarily dumped without a word to the other HGs, then replaced by an alternate HG. Strict lights out policy and wake up times. Serious regimentation. Chores. Etc…. Almost to the point where the season would be referred to as Big Brother Boot Camp.
***Go back to the nominees picking someone they want to play them in the POV, as opposed the picking a “blessed by god ping pong ball”. If that person the nominee selected wins the Power of Veto they have to take you off the block.
***Outgoing Head of Household is allowed to play for the following weeks HOH
***Big Brother 10 will start in June and be made up of semi popular movie stars. Rob and Amber Mariano are rumored once again to be casted on Big Brother 10

I LOVE this show!!
I heard that everyone is going to be paired up with strangers and will share everything -- beds, privileges, etc.
I am excited to hear there will still be a summer version but I am not digging a "celebrity" version.

Interesting... can someone refresh my memory as to what rules they broke last year? I remember the Jen eating thing.... and I remember the drama about Jen knowing about America's Player, etc.. I wonder what else happened to make them do this?
I'm happy about the Lights Out and Wake up times - I know there will be activity for After Dark and them not just sleeping.

They are going to be paired up with their potential soul mate and have to share a bed with them.
Everything is in pairs. Even the hamsters.
Outside the pool is heated to 85 and inside there is a couples massage parlor and a sauna

very interesting about the 3 strike rule...Im glad because Im tired of watching the live feeds and they are always sleeping!!

Oh man last year watching them sleep for my whole day at work was horrible. Not sure if I am going to sign up for the real player BB this time though....I can just watch the recaps on mortys tv

I wonder if there was some back lash after last season's sleep fest. I don't know how many hours of D!ck walking around talking to himself I saw last summer. I totally appreciated that he respected this is supposed to be entertaining for the viewers.

What did you all think??
I thought Sheila was being a big baby and thought it was funny one of the guys called her a Cougar.
I was surprised there were 2 couples that knew each other - I read somewhere that this was the first season without that twist in a while. I thought it was f'd up to put Sharon & Jacob together but split Ryan & Jen.

I too thought Shiela was palin RUDE, like she was entitled to a hot guy? She was acting crazy and embarrassing herself...although her guy is kinda yucky ....lol
