Has anyone ever read this book? I was going to get it off Amazon but wanted to know what you ladies though first.
While on the topic what other books do the ladies with PCOS recommend?

I have heard good things about soulcysters.com. You could FM Juju as she knows a lot about PCOS. I would also recommend The Infertility Cure by Randine Lewis-n ot specifically about PCOS but lots of great info.
