the people who are buying our house had their inspection yesterday
And I got a call from my agent saying that the inspection was PERFECT...there is nothing to negotiate, and they don't want $$ for anything!!! Plus, they want to close asap. I am so so so HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!! 
We're moving into our new house tomorrow!!!
