The power of exercise...
I just ran into a person I have not seen in awhile and she looked at me and said WOW! You lost a lot of weight...I smiled thanked her and replied my weight is excatly the same but I have been exercising more. Moral of the story...do not get hung up on the scale.

Isn't that great?! Good for you!!!
It felt good. Funny part is I have been very busy with school and have skipped a bunch of workouts- Now I am motivated to try to squeeze them in where I can!

I just said this to DH last night. We're both dieting and trying to get in shape and he was talking about weighing himself every day. I told him, it doesn't matter so much about the number on the scale, it matters how you feel, look and how your clothes fit! At least to me, that makes the biggest difference. When my pants are more comfortable, it makes me

the number on the scale is meaningless to me
most people ar shocked at how much I weigh- I am very muscular- I always was but more so recently since I stepped it up a few levels
I weigh what I used to weigh- but I wear a smaller size in clothes
