The Spider in my car
So i couldn't get back to sleep this morning so i just got up and went to work early. It is pretty dark out since it was about 4:30 AM   . As i am driving on the LIE and going pass one of the lights on the side of the road. I see a spider crawling ACROSS MY STEERING WHEEL! 
I thought i was going to die! I flicked it off. Immediately pulled over on the side of the road and look to see where it went but with just the light from the car interior i couldn't see anything. So i continue on my way into work. As i am still looking around in paranoia i see the spider on the dash!  I PULL OVER AGAIN, quickly grab a tissue (thank God for the extra 7-11 napkins i steal and keep in my car) and caught him as he was attempting to crawl away.
I think this happens to me once a year. Usually it is in the sping time and since it didn't happen i assumed that i got lucky this year......NOT!

OMG, the same thing happened to me, but I couldn't pull over and I didn't have any napkins. While screaming, I had to smack him with a notebook that I had in my car. I could only imagine what I looked like to other people driving next to me....

hey, it could be worse -
Sunday night, I was laying in bed, and heard a bug MOVING around in my room. I could hear the wings buzzing. I'm like, "oh great...where IS this little f'er"....I searched for 5 minutes with no luck, so I turned the light off to sleep.
Wouldn't you know - the light had been off for 10 seconds when this THING LANDS ON MY ARM. I flipped the light back on, and crushed the crap outta it. It was a weird little thing though - it was LIME green fly with red eyes. GROSSSSSSS.

I once hit a car because of a spider on my arm!
The guy got out of his car to yell at me, and I said "I am sorry, there was a spider" and he said "I understand" and got back in his car and drove away!

I slammed my dad into the windshield once becausei stopped short and he wasn't wearing his seat belt....tsk tsk daddy

Actually the white one was a baby, as they get older they obviously get bigger and turn brown. That's why you see the white ones alot in the spring/early summer and not so much in July/August/September.

Ok the spider/bug stories are making my skin CRAWL!!
Though there MUST be a spider invasion.. last night, DH & I were driving to the mall and all of a sudden he goes "aww lookey here" and there is a teeny black spider with little red feet sitting on his knee!! I start screaming "kill it, kill it" but he's not even remotely bothered by this. In fact he picks the ugly thing up calmly, rolls down the window and says "be free" and gently tosses him out the window.
He simply CANNOT kill anything, even bugs ..

I have saved 2 bugs in the last 12 hours.
As I took my dog out last night for his last #1 for the night, I saw a lightning bug on the hallway ceiling so I got it in my hand and released it. Then there was a beetle thingie on the shower window sill and I opened the screen and flicked it out.

The other day I had just taken a shower and was about to get dressed when a huge bug landed on SO's arm. He freaked out and yelled and flicked it off.... I only had a bathrobe on and it wasn't tied right and wouldn't you know it, the damn thing landed on me!!
I didn't know it and we were looking around for it and couldn't find it... all of a sudden, I felt something weird on my lower stomach... REALLY DOWN LOW... a sickening feeling of dread washed over me... and I put my hand there and felt something crunchy...AAAAAAAAAAAA It was the bug! On my skin!! My wonderful SO had flicked it on MEEEEE!!!
I started screaming and jumping around--you would have thought I was on fire--finally he got it off, and killed it.
This was about three days ago. I'm still itchy!
