The stork came early and I've had cocktails! ETA pic
I had literally just walked out of Buy Buy Baby on Wednesday for my last minute preparation things when my water broke in my brand new leased car. Can we say "ewwwwwwwwwwwwww"?
Off to Good Sam we went. Dr. Ketcham was covering for my doctor - first time we met and he was awesome. Couldn't have been happier with GSH L&D.
Glad we were  b/c that was the only thing that kept me from giving up on the gig. I was soooo convinced it was a girl so I'm kind of still in disbelief that a little  came out.
Shane William was born on 8/17 at 11:50 p.m. weighing 7.4 lbs and measuring 20". At the risk of sounding biased, he is totally freaking cute! You will have to take my word for it until I can upload some pics.

Great story! Imagine if your water had broken 10 minutes earlier; you would have been in Buy Buy Baby.  Congratulations!

Seriously awesome. I had a false thing happen on Tuesday night so I had Dr. Sampino who I also thought was terrific. Considering I was so bummed my doctor wasn't going to be there, I have to say I didn't even care at all once I met them. They were both really great,.
