The waiting is torture UPDATE
Waiting on the update on my embies. Been up since 7. I've cleaned the whole house and have eaten everything in site. Hurry up and callllllll

UPDATE:
I have no news. According to the nurse I finally got on the phone, with a 5dt they don't check on the embryos at all. That disturbing them does more harm then good so there is no update on them. Todays call was just for time of transfer which is 12:15 on thursday.
This is BS because the nurse I spoke to on Sunday said I would get an update on them AND transfer time.
I have no idea what to think but I guess I just keep waiting. I've been waiting 2 years, whats another day and a half.

They are busy in the lab so dont think that its because its bad news that they are not calling you.

Ugh- I rememberthat feeling when they weren't calling! Definitely call them because they had closed and never called me with my first DD and I had to wait until the following day!

THIS IS UNREAL. NOTHING. No Call. I called them and had to leave a voicemail. I cannot believe they do this to people. make you wait like this.

They have been VERY busy being the end of the year. Try and hang in there! Keep calling if you need. Have the girls at the front desk transfer you directly. Tell them you have a meeting or something and you need the update asap lol

Sucks you still are waiting!!! I keep looking on here to see if you got anything. Keep calling and say that you need an update ASAP as you have a meeting you can't call afterwards.

That sucks Phyllis, but I feel like if it were bad news they would have told you and not wait until you arrive for the transfer.

When I did my 5dt they told me how many had fertilized and I never got another update after that. The 2nd call was just to tell me transfer time.
I hope all your embryos make it to day 5!

Do you by any chance go to NSUH? I recently did a 5-day transfer and I was confused about this too. I did 2 different 3-day transfers in 2010 and I got a status update about the embryos each day.
I was told I would be calling for an update each day for this cycle too, but once most of my embryos fertilized and they decided to go for a 5-day it was pure confusion over the whole status thing. No one really told me they don't check on them until day 4 and it was all very confusing.
