Thermal Shift Question
This question is for those of you that chart temps and use OPK's. This is my frist month charting temps with the OPK. I was wondering how long after the +OPK do you usually see the thermal shift on your temp chart. TIA.

my temps usually went up 2 days after a +opk, some months it would be a slow rise, and others it would be an immediate high temp. HTH

It's my first month charting, but my temp went up the day after my positive opk. Which basically means I'm out this month because that's the only day we bd.

Same here, except I usually see my temp rise 1 day after the positive OPK.
