They moved DS to the toddler room!!
It's a month early. He was scheduled to move up in November around his first b-day. They had 2 new babies coming in though, so he and another boy moved up. It's a good thing because he's back with all the kids that he started with (he was the youngest for a while) and they're doing more of the active things that he's doing now -- it's been mostly little babies in the infant room for the past month or so.
I was just thinking I had a month before my "baby" went to the toddler room, but I guess I just have to accept that he's growing up -- it's bitter-sweet -- I'm so proud of him as he grows, but I miss my little baby. The newborn stage really does go fast -- it's so challanging that you spend so much time just getting through it and before you know it's gone...

Re: They moved DS to the toddler room!!
There are sooooooo many positives in this change. Where DD is at daycare there are kids that are 2-5. She has absolutely grown so much. She explores more things, she tries to mimic what they do, she interatcs really well. I just think there is so many benefits to the change. I know...it is hard to hear that they are growing up but just think...they will be your best friend one day...shopping with you, going to sporting events, amusement parks etc... enjoy the ride!!!!! * she is 10 months...everyone else is 2yrs -5

That's great! I know you weren't ready but
being around older kids that have developed milestones will help him move along too
and...
tuition should go down!
