Things to do with a 1 & a half year old
My sister is visiting from VA for christmas and she has a 17 month old.
a VERY active 17 mo old. We are looking for something to do on saturday after Christmas. I live in Suffolk, any suggestions?

The Childrens Museum in Garden City is well worth the trip.

how about that place with the blow up things.. "slydos".. i think thats the name.. moms on here have posted about bringing their kids there and having fun.

Once Upon a Treetop, Bouncers and Slydos, Wood Kingdom, Hicks Nursery, The Holsville Ecology Center, Bronx Zoo, there are performances of Nutcracker, Christmas Carol, and Rudolph all over LI....

A lot of those places don't have open play on Saturday. Krazy Kids in Medford does, Fun 4 All, Atlantis (still fun in the winter), Children's Museum.

Im in central/eastern suffolk, so some things are a little too far - but the ecology center, fun4all and Atlantis are close!
