thiose who have or are pottytraining......question

how do you get your DC to poop on the potty
we are in the middle of pottytraining my nephew and he will not poop on the potty

he hasnt had a pee pee accident in a week so he pretty much has that down but he keeps pooping in his pants
not really sure what to do now
he hasnt poop in over 2 days now and I know he has to go so do I catch him and run him in the bathroon??

any suggestions would be great

We had trouble with poopoo also. She wouldn't go pee in her underwear at all but ALWAYS would poop in them.

One day she just started doing it, about 3 weeks after she stiopped having pee accidents. I guess she just did it when she was ready. We haven't had an accident since.

I knew about what time of day she pooped so we would put her on at that time. When she finally did it we made a big deal and rewarded her big time.

I had a little trouble with my second dd. When she had her accident I made sure to clean her up in the bathroom and put the poopy in the toilet and have her flush....we kept telling her that's where poopy goes. It took a little while but she eventually got it.

he KNOWS that is where his poop goes he just doesnt want to go on the potty

I keep trying to catch him in the act ya know so I can run him to the potty and finish up but no luck yet
