Third Trimester Moms - Delivering at LIJ
If you have received your pre-admissions packet...do we mail in the paperwork in advance or do we bring it with us to the hospital?

I am due in 2 weeks, and had not rec'd anything. DH and I went on the hospital tour last Monday (4/16) and they gave me the packet, as I was due the soonest and still had not rec'd it. All the pre-admin paperwork was done via my Dr's office and insurance co. There is some informative paperwork and info in there. The only forms in there are for birth certificate (which I started filling out) and pre-admin papers.
I'd check with your Drs office if they have mailed anything in for you.

i made a copy of the whole packet once i completed it. i sent in one packet and brought the photocopied one with me just incase.

We had to go there for a growth sono a couple of days before my due date so we dropped all the stuff off then, including the birth cert. form. Actually I think my obgyn took care of the registration stuff.
