This cycle is taking forever!!!

Today was day 10 of stim, I have a lot of follies with the lead at a 16. I go back wed, dr b said there is a chance I'll be ready to trigger wed but a better chance that I'll need another day or two after that. I find it no coincidence that my first ivf and now this one are the only cycles I used bcp for and my stim phase is longer. The first was 14 days until I was ready for trigger and it looks like this one will be also. The other cycles were 10 days of stim. I hate the bcp, for me it always ruins my cycles in one way or another. Oh well I choose to take it this time so I wouldn't have to skip a cycle and let old follies re-absorb on their own. On the bright side as of today my lining was 3 layered and thick, seems like the neupogen is working

ITA..sometimes a slow protocol does the trick. I so feeel your pain. I was in stimming hell this cycle as I stimmed for 14 days AND had to take Cetrotide for 23 days...I wanted to scream!! Had to allso go in 6 out of 7 days leading to trigger...I thought it would never end..but it did Hang in there...I hope you get a great result.

I love that your lining is looking good! I always stim for a bit longer than normal. It usually takes me about 12 or 13 days and I've been on birth control both times. All that matters is how those eggs look!

i was always really sluggish after BCP.
one cycle (not an IVF), it took 21 days to stim 2 follies! and that was the cycle after hyperstimming my first time on follistim .

for IVF it took an extra few days before i responded. I think my stim was 12 days or so instead of the guesstimated 10. but once i got rolling i produced a ton (PCOS), it just took an extra few days of stim to get there.
