I also try not to get my hopes up about any symptoms that could potentially be caused by something else.
For example, gassy could be because of that burrito you had for lunch, or cramps/sore boobs could be because AF is coming, etc.
Just try to keep yourself busy!

Oh im good about that. I try not to read into symptoms bc half the time i think its in my head anyway

I have no advice because I was a POASaholic. Thank God for daollar tree tests!!! I can say to not overanalyze anything. The month I got PG was the month I had the least amount of symptoms.

i will tell you that when i got my BFP I had almost NO symptoms at all

Think of it this way, you can't test even if you wanted to, and it is way too early to have symptoms, so think of it as a precursor to the 2ww.
Stay busy. Think work.
Keep having sex, so it doesn't feel like, OK fertile time is over, lets stop everything and wait.

Try not to over analyze everything... Methodically keep track of symptoms, so next cycle (if you need to), you can go back and compare. After you have made your notes for the day-- leave the symptom analyzing alone. Try to stay busy and have fun-- and buy cheapie tests so you can give in to your POAS-obsessions.
