Re: This is my new chart...
Include the +OPK you got on Friday and you might get rid of that dotted line. Regardless- your chart looks great with a clear temp rise and BD was timed well.
Mucho to you!

Re: This is my new chart...
Great job and beautiful chart. Definite clear and sustained temp shift!
The only thing I would suggest is to start BDing a few days in advance of the anticipated temp shift. I know it's hard to tell because temping won't tell you you've ovulated until after the fact, but next month - if you don't get a BFP this month! - you should start BDing around CD10 or so. Good luck!

Re: This is my new chart...
Great chart. You will know tomorrow if it will adjust your ovulation date. Then you LP will not be as long.
I know this is all confusing, but at the end of the month you will look at your chart and it will all make sense.

Re: This is my new chart...
Based on your temps, it looks like you O on Sunday!!!!
Remember that the dotted line doesn't mean that you O already...It means that FF needs more info to determine your O day....
GL
Why do I have a dotted line on my chart?
The dotted lines on your chart for the coverline and ovulation detection mean that there is something about your data that puts your ovulation date in question. Usually this is because one or more of your non-temperature fertility signs do not confirm the ovulation date that your temperature would suggest. This may not mean anything significant for you, especially if your thermal shift is clear. Sometimes your fertility signs just do not all match up to show a perfectly correlated picture. In most cases, the detection is still quite reliable, but it means that you have to keep looking at your chart and your fertility signs and have intercourse if you see any signs of increased fertility.
When the lines are dotted and the thermal shift is not clear or dramatic, it is especially important to keep having intercourse since it is possible that you are still waiting for ovulation. If a more likely ovulation date becomes apparent later, the software will usually adjust the detection automatically.

What makes your think she is ovulating today? Based on her temps she would have ovulated two days ago or yesterday even. That is how my charts have always worked. I am very confused now.

I'm with you - she's DEFINITELY already O'd. I think the only question is whether she O'd on CD13 or on CD15!

Remeber that the line needs to be solid and you need at least 3 high temperatures to detect O day!
Fertility Friend will detect ovulation once it is clear that a thermal shift (best when correlated with your other fertility signs) is sustained. Usually you need to see at least three higher temperatures to confirm ovulation since a single higher temperature does not always indicate ovulation. A single higher temperature could be a fluke or could be affected by non-hormonal factors. Keep having intercourse until ovulation is confirmed by a clear and sustained thermal shift and ovulation is detected on your chart.
Looking back at the chart I think her O day was actually Sunday now and not today so I think the poster has a great chance this month.....

I think her thermal change has happened though. I guess we will all know tomorrow! Stacy has to keep us updated now on her chart!

Yes, FF needs 3 high temps to confirm and a dotted line doesn't mean you definitely O'd (neither does a solid line for that matter!) but based on her temps thus far, she's O'd at the earliest on CD13 and at the latest on CD15. There's absolutely nothing about her chart to suggest that she WILL ovulate today

Re: This is my new chart...UPDATED!
Looks good! and I guess FF is pretty confident with the CD13 ovulation. Unfortunately, there's not much else you can tell from your chart at this point...you jsut have to wait out the 2ww!
But, how long has your cycle been in the past?

Re: This is my new chart...UPDATED!
I don't know how the OPK's affect the charts, I think there might be certain setting for it.
Go with FF, but if I were a gambling girl, I would have placed your ovulation date on the 15th.
And don't worry about your temp going down a bit. They will fluctuate.

30 Days usually! Seems like a long Luteal Phase, don't you think?

I agree with you! The +OPK made the dotted line a solid one. Other than that, nothing changed.
I just can't imagine being able to test in 5 days with our normal 10DPO average of BFP. I am not going to! I am waiting until she is late!! OR AT LEAST TRYING TO WAIT!!!

Have tried not adding in your OPK to see when it places ovulation?

I still think you O on Sunday, CD15 not CD13....
What Interpretation Method are you using?? I would check and make it either Advanced or Research...see what happens then....

Stacy is that the only day you got a +OPK? O'ing on CD15 would make more sense in terms of your LP (17 days is a bit long). But, if I were you, I wouldn't worry about it - you've timed BD well either way.
