This is the last time DH takes him for a haircut
DH let him get a crewcut. I like a little bit more hair on the top. He said "It's his hair & he wanted it that way." This will come back to haunt him when Joseph decides to grow it out ala every celebrity kid. Also this makes my dyeing their hair green for St. Pats way more difficult.
But...a crewcut in winter? Seriously, what was he thinking?
I didn't pay attention earlier - I thought Joseph said he was getting a headcold, which I disregarded because he sounded perfectly fine. Now that I've checked on him in his bed, I realize I misunderstood. I guess he said his head was COLD because he's sleeping with a fleece sweatshirt on the top of his head like a turban.

Im essentially in the same boat...and the fact that my DH is bald doesnt help matters any to him a crewcut is a head full of hair....
Maybe he'll change his mind and this will be the last crewcut for awhile...

Oh no!
In middle school my brother used to sleep with a knit winter hat on b/c he insisted on a crew cut. and would say his head got cold.

I learned my lesson early on when DH took Roman for his 1st haircut and got him a crewcut. Even the barber was like are you sure that's what you want?

I keep Damien's hair pretty short in all year long. I just make sure he has plenty of hats.
