Those of you doing the LI 1/2 Marathon
How are you registering? A group of us from work were looking to do it- but the organization wants $150 each and $1600 in donations, which I'm not sure if we could do..
Is there any other ways to do the marathon?

 Are you talking about the NYC marathon in November, the LI marathon is only 40 or 50 dollars. The Rx Corp Marathon in May

No, i was talking about the LI 1/2 marathon
A girl from work got information from a charity organization to make a team to do it- and they wanted a $1600 donation!
I was asking if there was another way to run it, without such a large donation.

why not just all sign up separately? or get your company to sponsor you - I think that's what the donation is for.
