Those of you with pelvic/inner thigh pain...
How are you sleeping??? It's d@mn near impossible for me! I'm in so much pain walking, lifting my legs, or changing positions. My husband has to help me lift my legs so I can get into bed. They only way I can get any sleep is to sleep propped up on my back. The minute i go on to either side, its like electric shocks down my whoha and my inner thights  Thank goodness I have less than 3 weeks left! Anyone else feel my pain???

I don't know if it's exactly what you are feeling, but mine feels sore, almost like I rode a bike or a horse. And I definetly get that electric shock when i turn over too fast, I have to do it in stages. Honestly, I am not sleeping well and don't have any recommendations for you. Sorry

A thick pillow between my legs have helped me, especially when I sleep on my side...it aligns your back better.

OMG! YES and i'm only 34 weeks!! i can still sleep laying down on my side with a pillow between my legs, but i have to do lamaze breathing to change positions since it hurts soo much!!!

I have been using a pillow between my legs as well -but i really do not get any relief from the pain. I find that if I move my upper body first rather than my legs when i am lying down -the pain is a little less.

I am only 31 weeks, and already have it. It's called symphonic pubic dysfuction or some shiit like that. I feel like I've been horseback riding for days now.
A pillow between the legs helps...but everytime I turn over, I wake up to move the pillow. It's such a PITA. I am so done...I want her out!!!

I TOTALLY feel you're pain  I am in the same boat...I have the exact same feelings as you and I am now 37 weeks! I have my big ol' preggo body pillow, but it doesn't really work to help alieviate the pain, nor does sleeping propped up with pillows...we have to hang in there...early labor vibes for us!
