Those that do the weight loss challenge..

I haven't done one, but love to see the updates. Just wondering if you could share what you do during those weeks to see such great results!

I am on myfitnesspal with about 1200 to 1500 calories a day. I am doing minimum 1200 calories and eat my exercise calories.
I either go the gym and do treadmill and elliptical or at home video. September I did 30 day shred. October is another Jillian Michaels workout dvd.

I also use My Fitness Pal. I eat 1200 cal a day (minimum), more when I exercise, but the only exercise I do is walking. I am very lazy Chat Icon

I'm also on MyFitnessPal, eating about 1400 calories a day, running 2-3 miles 2-3 times a week, and weight training twice a week. I have lost about 16 pounds so far. I definitely recommend the app/site!

Im doing weight watchers. I'm doing well 19 lbs down in 8 weeks. The only exercise I'm doing is walking about 3 miles a week. Dh is doing my fitness pal and he is down 22 lbs in 7 weeks but he is also running and going to the gym.
