DS is 6.5 months and I have a tray where the cubes are just a smidge bigger than the usual ice cube tray and he gets two of those cubes and about a 1/8 cup of cereal for his meals.
ETA: wanted to add that this is starting to seem like a small meal for him so I can see him wanting like 3 cubes soon...although we will probably be moving to table/finger food within the next month or two.

Ok good to know. We just went up to 3 cubes from 2 cubes because it seemed like DD was still hungry.
