Those w/ 3 car seats in Odyssey or Sienna
I just looked at the Odyssey and I was disappointed that the only way to get to the back row is to pull a seat up. I'm guessing that means that two car seats will have to go in the back then. Does anyone have either van and what's your setup? We'll have 2 infant seats and a 4 year old in a convertible.

We have an Odyssey and we haven't done it yet, but we are planning to put the infant seat and our 2yo's convertible seat in the middle row and our 4yo's convertible in the backseat. We will probably do it this weekend as I'm due Monday

Not that this a good solution, but you can remove the console and the middle seat in the 2nd row. So you could technically walk through the middle (more like squeeze through).
A friend with a toddler and two infants has the Odyssey and has the infants in the third row, toddler in the second.

we have an odyssey. we have tried all different configurations,
current setup- 6 yo in third row, high back booster. she buckles herself. I have 2 yo and 4 yo in outer seats in second row, and I took the middle seat out.
we have done- 1. all three kids in second row. this is definitely doable if you get narrow seats and you move the two outer seat to the outward postion - there will be a gap in between the middle seat and outer seats. we stoped this because of to much arguing between kids. better when they cat reach each other 
2. when I was doing a regular carpool and needed all 6 seats in, I had 2 carseats in the middle and outer position in second row. left one outer seat carseat free and was able to slide that back and forth for easy access to third row.

This exactly (same ages too). We took the jump seat out of the 2nd row, so it's the 2 captain's chairs. As someone else mentioned you can walk in between. It works great for us. I can't imagine having in another way.

I didn't realize that was an option. Thanks for all the replies. I just assumed that a minivan would allow me to avoid climbing into the back row. I guess I was wrong.

We have a sienna and this is our setup. Almost 4 year old in 3rd row and twins almost 2 in 2nd row.
