Those who felt flutters...
how often did you feel them?
I've been feeling them for about a month now, but I can seriously only say I was sure I felt them about 3 times. Based on my ultrascreen, when the baby just liked to lay there rather than cooperate, I probably don't have the most active baby.
Just wondering if it's a rare occurrence for some. I literally sit in bed sometimes WAITING to feel something!!! I even try to wake up! I'm such a mean mommy.
TIA!

Re: Those who felt flutters...
mine were VERY sporadic until recently. When they started they were only maybe one a day or less for a few weeks. But even now, at 20 weeks, it can be a few hours without feeling them. I have an anterior placenta so that cushions some of the movements and I probably won't feel those strong kicks consistently for a few more weeks. I have felt kicks every once in a while for about a week and they are just starting to get more frequent. I have only felt them on the outside a handful of times.
HTH's..
by the way.. I try to wake up baby too

Re: Those who felt flutters...
I started feeling flutter this pregnancy at about 11-12 weeks... it was once in a bluemoon though...
By 16-17 weeks I felt the baby daily, usually at night.
Now at almost 20 weeks, I feel the baby throughout the day, my DH can also feel the baby when he kicks (since about 18-19 weeks), I can even "make" the baby kick by changing postions or having a sugary drink...

Re: Those who felt flutters...
I'll be 20 weeks tomorrow.
I'd say for about the past two weeks I've been feeling her flutters pretty consistently. Like another poster said, it could be a few hours in between the kicks, but I feel them throughout the day in little spurts. They're not strong enough to feel from the outside just yet...but there's no doubt in my mind that the flutters are coming from her. Though, I haven't figured out yet how to "make" her kick me.
Before that, I would feel them maybe only once or twice a day, usually at night starting at around 16 weeks. HTH!

I am 18 weeks and I "Think" I have felt something, once or twice, but, I am not 100% sure.

Re: Those who felt flutters...
I've been feeling very sporadic flutters for a while since 12 weeks, I am now 19 weeks and last two weeks have been stronger and more frequent, DD has even been able to feel it once (DH has not)
In fact, all weekend all of a sudden I have been feeling the movements less frequent and much lighter. Today I just had orange juice because I want to see if I feel more movement again as I am starting to get worried, but everywhere I read it says that at 19 weeks even if I already felt movement that I can expect some days to be a lot lighter or less evident so I'm tring not to get too nervous
