those who hired babysitters/nannies
Where did you find them and how much do you pay them. I'm looking for someone to mind my son in my home 2-3 days a week, about 7.5 hours a day.....and need to find someone sooner rather than later....

craigslist....found our sitter there over a year ago- and LOVE her to death!!!
