Those who locked in a rate in the last few months
what is your rate? I am VERY unhappy with our rate, but DH works daily with this mortgage broker, which is why we are using them. So I wanted a basis of comparison (I know other factors go into it, but just to get an idea). They said they are going to 'shop around' for a better rate, so hopefully that goes through. Thanks.

we locked in last week at 5.875 for a 30 year fixed no points
