Those who run in the morning before work...
What time do you get up? I normally get up at 6am to get me and DS ready to leave the house by 6:45. I can't imagine getting up earlier, but it seems like sometime I'd want to consider.

I get up at 6 am to run. When I don't run I wake up at 7. I have to be out of the house by 8am to drop DS off at daycare and get to work by 8:30

I get up at 5:30 but that is to drive the 45 minutes to work, meet a friend @ 6:30 and run together. Then we shower at work to be ready for start time of 8:15. We've gotten used to it now---we do this 4 days a week. On that one day that we don't, it feels so weird!
ETA: The only reason we do this is b/c we both have 2 young children & husbands who work evenings. If we didn't do it in the morning, we wouldn't have the opportunity after our workday.

Wow you are good, this is motivating. I think I am just going to get up now when DH leaves for work which is usually 5:00 a.m. so I can do some running.

Up at 4:40am. Get to Gym @ 5:10am
Jog on tredmill & Curcuit Train.
Get home @ 6:20am and get ready for
work. My kids are still sleeping. I find
this good so I can spend the afternoon
with them.

Uggg do you ladies do it even if you kids don't STTN???   Im jealous!! But Im way too tired!! Don't know how ladies do it when they are still getting up in the middleof the night!!

I'm up between 5:30 and 6AM on the mornings I run. I give Ethan (1 year old) his bottle of milk and I'm out the door by 6:15 the latest and back from my run by 7/7:15, depending on how far I go. My boys are usually awake or waking up by then so I get them set up with Blue's Clue's, take my shower, and we all get ready to go. If I wake up any later than 6:30, I can't do my run because I'd never make it to daycare to drop them off, and then to work by 9:30.

before kids i was up at 4:30 to go to the gym and run
now I run after work, but in the summer, when I'm off, I run at 5:45 to beat the heat.

My youngest DD is 13 months. She pretty much has been sleeping through the night since I started in September. Of course, there are rare nights when she is up once, twice, three times during the night but that is just when she is not feeling well. On those days, I still get up and work out. I don't know that I could if DD was up multiple times every night though.
