The best work christmas gift I got was this morning
I got a wake up call at 9am from the guy that I am close with letting me know what the COO will slowly be phasing out. He will no longer be the COO for the company. He instead will be working as a consultant and on the board of directors.
The woman who is my boss will be returning to the office on Friday to no boss and will shortly be out the door. When it was addressed to him about their being too many chiefs and not enough indians he said he wanted "blondie" out the door. Their are a few different scenarios the director and I thought of as for leadership and we are both on the same page.
Who needs Survivor on TV, come work for my company. 
He wished me a merry christmas and we both can not wait to get to work on Tuesday.
