Those who swaddle...MB question
DD still uses her MB. Since it has been getting colder at night I find she is getting chillier. I've been putting her in a footed PJ under the MB and the house is about 68-70 degrees, sometimes a few degrees more. How are you keeping your LO warm? We tried a sleep sack the other night and she didn't sleep well at all!

Re: Those who swaddle...MB question
What about the sleep sack that has the arm flaps for the swaddle? I have been using that as I try to "transition" DS from the swaddle to just the plain sleepsack. It's not the greatest swaddle, but it has been working for us (knock on wood). Just the arms are swaddled and the rest of his body is in the sleep sack.

Re: Those who swaddle...MB question
yes, we use this and DD doesn't have a problem with it. The thing is, it isn't a heavier/warmer fabric than that MB.

What if you put her in a heavier material sleeper type outfit and then put this over it? I know it comes in fleece, but not sure what material the MB is.

Re: Those who swaddle...MB question
it is amazing and worth every penny! DD is 15 weeks old and still uses it most of the time (the other times she uses the sleep sack swaddle we talked about above).

Although I haven't been swaddling DS anymore, I've been using the swaddle me under his arms, around his middle. It's still the lightweight one, so I put a little onsie under his pj's which are now, either terry, fleece or velour. I'm thinking I may put socks on his little feet under it too. I think that should be warm enough, right?
