Those with 3 kids and babysitters/nanny
Do you mind sharing what you pay them per hour /per week and what their hours are.
Trying to see what to pay my babysitter next year and want to be fair.
Twins will be 2.5
Baby will be 6 months

We have 3 and I wish we could afford a regular babysitter/nanny! We're using an au pair right now. I know that doesn't help, but I hate to see a post go unanswered!

Personally I always charge $15 an hour-whether its 1 kid or 4 kids. Good luck!

You have FM...
I think with kids that age, you'd need to do at least $15/hr if the sitter is coming to you.

I have 3 kids and pay our babysitter $12/hour. I usually her regularly to go out.
She has been watching my kids for I think close to 3 years and when I was pregnant with the 3rd she didn't increase the price. Even now, I usually put the baby down before we go out (she goes to bed at 7). If she watches them over night I usually give her $150

I pay my babysitter $20 an hour. I have 4 children, 8, 4 year old twins and a 2 year old. She started babysitting for us when the twins were infants and you know how hard that can be. I had to make it worth it for her to stay. She is amazing and only babysits for about 4-5 hours 2x per week.
