I'm having a hard time figuring out which kid(s) ar getting bumped to the back.

I would put Aly in the back so she can "keep on eye" on the kids (at least that is what I would tell her if she give's you a hard time). I wouldn't put the newborn back their. Or you can put Paul and Aly in the back together. My SIL did this when #3 came along. It works well because then someone can always sit with the newborn if need be.
