Those with bedrooms on 2nd floor

With DS coming soon I am so unsure of what I need to get. Bedrooms are upstairs - with just DD I used to just bring her upstairs to change her, etc... Now with a 1 1/2 year old here...I feel like I'll be spending most of my time on the main floor.

He will be sleeping upstairs, but I'll have the pack and play on the main floor for during the day I guess. So...what do I need? And where should I put it? I'm thinking of getting a changing table for the main floor. Anything else? I can't seem to figure this out! Thanks!

We have the pack n play with the changing table attached to it, which works out good.

We had the Pack and Play downstairs too and we had a something like a dresser next to it. We kept diapers, extra onesies (in case there was a bad accident) and bibs. Worked out great.

I love having the pack and play downstairs. He doesn't like sleeping in the pack and play, but it's worth having for the changing table and the storage area for the essentials.

DH and I are upstairs and DS is currently downstairs. With DD on the way, she will be upstairs with us for 3 months or so and I got a small changing table from craigs list for upstairs. Her real room is downstairs so most everything will be in there.
