Those with Boxers (or short hair dogs)

Not sure if this should be on the home board but....
The hair is EVERYWHERE!!!!!
How do you get the hair out of your clothes?
I washed 3 brand new white shirts today and they came out with my dogs hair intertwined in the fabric!
Any tips?

My boxer sheds but not enough to get hair stuck in my clothes after washing them. Sorry I can't help!

I'd try to get the hair off the shirt before washing it. I don't have a boxer, but a short haired dog and the amount he sheds is insane,

Not dogs, but horses have short hair, and especially during shedding season, my barn clothes and saddle pads are covered in hair. A PP is right, you have to remove the hair before washing. Washing with the hair already on it makes it worse IME.

Try a lint roller. It usually works better to spray the garment with Static Guard, let it sit a few minutes, and then use the lint roller. I vacuum my saddle pads before washing, and this works best -- but that's not really an option with more delicate clothing fabrics.

I have a Boxer and he sheds a lot! I'd recommend brushing him/her as often as you can. This will eliminate the loose hair and will help A LOT. I also use a sticky lint brush on our clothes to get rid of the hair. HTH!

Packing Tape, but i still have hair on everything. Use the Furminator when you wash your pup i swear it works.

I find that my short haired dog goes through shedding phases. If you pay close attention you will find that it is not always very bad. I use a lint brush.
