Re: Those with Morning Sickness / all day sickness.
I had bad all day MS with DD - there wasn't much that I could stomach and I had a bad aversion to meat in general. I found with DD that the only thing I could eat for dinner were items like nachos (the kind you make at home - just cheese on chips not with all the stuff on them) or grilled cheese or quasadillas. Honestly I kind of played it by ear and went with whatever I thought I could stomach at the time.

Re: Those with Morning Sickness / all day sickness.
I'm not having the vomiting but I am definitely having the all day ridiculous nausea. I can't stand the thought of cooking, eating or even smelling a regular meal. Like Lillykat, cheese surprisingly went down okay for me - grilled cheese sandwiches are ok, cheese on toast, cheese in a sandwich or wrap.
Here are some other things that have worked for me lately:
rice cakes ginger ale, or if you can find cookies with ginger in them those work too saltines plain cookies pasta (whole wheat) with butter and parm cheese ritz crackers baked potato (with whatever you can stomach on it) toast chicken noodle soup
Just don't forget to take your pre-natal vitamins and drink as much water as you can, that will give the what it needs.
Feel better!

Re: Those with Morning Sickness / all day sickness.
I hear you...I am 8 weeks and it's pretty bad..
For dinner i have been having:
grilled cheese (pretty neutral) and this is going to sound SO RANDOM but i've been eating steamed veggies (corn mainly with butter &salt). It makes me feel better...
Also...plain pasta with butter, bowl of cereal, peanut butter and jelly...
Last night I had a sweet potato with brown sugar, it was so good!
these are the only foods that really sound good lately. I was the same way with my son but the good news is that it ended week 13 and I could eat normally again!
Hope you feel better

Re: Those with Morning Sickness / all day sickness.
Lately the only things that I can stomach are:
cereal with milk plain pasta with butter italian bread with butter animal crackers (believe it or not, these help a lot!) ginger snaps white rice with butter (or a little italian dressing on it) And McDonalds fries -- seriously....these have been my saving grace. In my worst moments I can get these down!!
I definately cant eat anything with meat and nothing with chocolate. And ritz/saltine crackers were helping at first, but since its all I could eat for days, my body is no on strike against them too

Re: Those with Morning Sickness / all day sickness.
Thanks everyone - I cannot drink milk - havent been able to for years so the cereal is out. I have been having toast for breakfast and grilled cheese and tomato sandwiches for lunch EVERY day but dinner kills me as I really dont feel like eating grilled cheese for dinner. The corn idea sprung a cord with me as I do remember eating that when I was pg with DD #1 -.........
I did make scrambled eggs with a bucket of salt on it!! for dinner and managed to eat it but its an effort to keep it down at the moment.
I am SO grateful for this baby but this nausea is killing me.
Thanks for the support and ideas
