I had 2 bassinets, 2 bouncers, 2 swings, 2 highchairs, 1 exersaucer, 1 walker, 1 playmat, 1 PNP....
By rocking chairs do you mean a glider? Like for you and DH to both rock a baby? I never had one at all for any of the kids so I want to say that you can get away with one...but that's just me.

This was asked a few times on the multiples board, so I would check their too.
I had 2 swings, 2 different bouncers, 2 high chairs, 1 pack and play that they napped in, 1 jumperoo, 1 exersaucer and 1 play mat.
ETA: I had one glider.

same here, i only have 1 swing though.
also 2 cribs, 2 bumbo seats, 2 car seats (obviously).
Double snap and go is great to have...
