thought I'd share- Zappos customer service rave
I officially cannot fit any of my shoes-another plus to being pregnant.
I broke down and got a few pairs to make it until I go back to normal ( I just cant bring myself to say if)
I found a pair on Zappos but piperlime had them for way less. I wanted the overnight shipping so I got Zappos on the phone and they did a price match...
I stopped shopping at Zappos b/c its usually higher priced than other online shoe stores but now that I know how quicky they price match- I'm back

ohh, I never knew they price-matched. I like ordering from Zappos, but I noticed they weren't always the cheapest. This could be a bad thing for me to know!

zappos rocks! i wish i knew they priced matched - i could have used that knowledge with my last purchase.
did you have to prove anything to them? or you just said i found them here for xxx??

they do check the other site while on the phone to confirm..

I love Zappos! I had no idea they price matched - DH and I buy from them all the time - we will have to remember about this for next purchase!!!

that's awesome! i hope the return policy is just as good because i have been procrastinating returning 2 pairs of boots that i purchased in november.

you have a full year (365 days) to return shoes.
Zappos rocks!!!! I bought 8 pairs of shoes from them last month.  They have one hell of a system!
I've ordered from Piperlime, but they just don't compare to Zappos in anyway.
