thoughts and prayers for my good friend

a good friend of mine who has been w/ her BF for 12+ yrs and they live together, took 5 PG tests last night, all BFP.

They were not planning. She has a Dr's appt on Tues. By her LMP, her EDD would be 1/15/11 so she's ~6wks.

I'm just worried for her b/c while her BF, her mom and BF's mom are suppoertive. One person we work with - bugged and bugged and BUGGED her about why she didn't go outside for a cigarette (they have a set time they would go out together). My friend told her she stopped b/c it was getting too expensive. But our co-worker kept asking "Are you PG?" My friend ended up breaking down and crying to which the co-worker told her "You have no idea how expensive it is. You need to get married. What am I going to do with you."

I feel horrible for my friend!!! I told her just to remember where it's coming from b/c the co-worker has little tact. As she walked out of the co-worker's office she said "I'd appreciate it if you didn't talk about this."

OMG! i feel awful for your friend! i want to beat her nasty azz co-worker!! please tell her to join LIF and come on this board. we will be happy to support her!!
