Three Village Women's Health girls...
are we supposed to fast before the glucose test??? They didn't tell me and now I am making the appointment and quest and I have no idea. I am sick of leaving the nurses messages so I figured I would try here first.

I don't go to Three Villiage, but I have my one hour glucose test in the morning. I was told to not eat or drink anything after 12am. Hope that helps!

With DS, I fasted, and barely passed with a 129.
With DD, I ate sliced turkey and cheese (all protein, no carbs) and I passed with an 87 or 88, I can't remember.
So I am all for not fasting  but yes, most doctors will tell you to fast for 8 -12 hours before.
