POLL Question today!!

Are you looking forward to OR dreading the changes that will take place with your body during pregnancy?

When I was pregnant with my DD I was SO nervous about my stomach growing and how it would look and how uncomfortable it might make me. But as it was all happening I found myself excited every day that my stomach was bigger and that I looked more pregnant. I loved my belly and loved knowing my little peanut was safe inside.

I get huge during pregnancy and I LOVE it.

If I look really cute, like big belly but small everywhere else, I will LOVE it.

If I gain weight everywhere and look like a sloppy pig I will HATE it

I don't want to gain lots of weight, God knows i won't be able to get it off.
But, I can't wait for a big belly.

I wouldn't mind some on my butt actually. My DH said he married the only black girl with no butt.

I'm nervous just because I have really bad back problems and I worry about my back getting much worse and requiring surgery after pregnancy. I don't mind any of the physical changes.

I am pretty sure that I am gonna blow up like a balloon- everywhere- cause thats how what happened to most of the women in my family... I am ok with it while I am pregnant, but the minute that I push that baby out- I am gonna be starting my diet and as soon as possible hitting the gym

Good question!
I always imagined I'd have a hard time mentally with my body changing during pregnancy. I'm very body conscious and had disordered eating through much of college (8-10 years ago).
However, once I got to the point where I knew I wanted nothing more than to be a mom, oddly enough, I found myself getting excited at the thought of a big pregnant belly. When I see pics on the pregnancy board, I think I can wait to have one of those!
Don't get me wrong, I still want to look like the pregnant woman who's all belly. Not sure if that will really happen, but I'd still say "bring on the belly!"

I am so nervous about how I will look. I am trying to loose as much weight as I can now so that I will be ok with gaining.
I am very self conscience and I am worried that I will be more aware of how I look when I get a bfp

I have never thought pregnancy was a beautiful thing (I think the process is amazing) it just looks painful to me and your body gets all out of whack! However, now that we've been TTC'ing awhile, I am getting more and more used to the idea and can't wait for a *little belly - all belly, that's it!

I loved my pregnancy and I am looking forward to every minute of this one. We are probably going to stop with two children so I am looking at this pregnancy as a gift, everyday.

IM nervous only because Im on my feet for 12 hrs and having a big belly is going to be so tiring lol but I will take the opportunity in a heartbeat
