for DD's 1st xmas she had a peekaboo slip in white and i put her in white tights, you could still see it The peekaboo slip was crinoline. See if you can find very light ivory tights.
Love the ivory tights and black shoes with that dress.
I'm not a fan of black tights on kiddies.

I normally NEVER turn down an opportunity for red shoes - But with that dress I think black shoes w/ ivory tights would look best -
