what color tights with this dress
I bought dd her Christmas dress last year on sale. Its black velvet top and white satin bottom. On the bottom there is a black velvet design running through it.
I was thinking black patent leather shoes but what color tights?

i would have to say white tights......
it sounds like a dress my niece had on last year.. the white tights with the patent leather shoes and it will be CUTE!!!!!!!!
