tilted uterus/endometriosis???

anyone else have a tilted uterus? i just found out from the gyno that i have this and she said you either have this from birth or from endometriosis. my other gynos never noticed that so i'm thinking i have endometriosis. my periods have always been extremely painful, i can feel when i'm ovulating. 4 years ago the drs said that i had a cyst "or 2" but i lost insurance so i never got to take care of it. i just got insurance and my dr said she'll do a sonogram 5 days into my period however we are ttc. i'm wondering if anyone else has either a tilted uterus and/or endometriosis and if this is holding you back? please help!!

Ever since I've had a gyn exam (18) I've known that I have a tilted uterus. I doesn't have to be endometriosis and some gyns don't mention it.
I recently had diagnostic laprascopic surgery to see if I've had endo and I had a mild case of it and it was removed. The endo was not a cause of my tilited uterus.
I had the surgery after 1 year trying now 6 months later I'm not sure if it's the cause we'll be heading to IUI soon.

I have a tilted uterus and found out a few years before I was diagnosed with endometriosis. I was told that the tilted uterus was not the cause of the endo though. I always secretly thought my uterus was the cause of my infertility, even though I was assured it was not. But once I got my endometriosis removed, I got pregnant the next month...tilted uterus and all!

I have a tilted uterus, and just recently discovered I may have endometriosis (an MRI detected a small endometrioma cyst on my ovary). My RE hasn't discussed with me whether she thinks there is any relation, but I DID get pregnant with my first very easily 3 years ago. It looks like hostile CM is our primary infertiilty factor now, so I have hope that we will be getting pregnant again soon.
