Tipping at a wine bar vs. 'regular' bar..?
You're sitting at the bar, only having a drink.
In a 'regular' bar, I'd tip $1 a beer/drink. Is this the same at a wine bar? Thoughts?

At any bar I usually tip $2 per drink.

In those type of places they usually run a tab and give you your check at the end...at least in my experience. So I tip my usual 20 percent

No matter where I am, if I am sitting at a bar, and ordering individual drinks, I tip the bartender $2. If I know Im going to be there for a while, I just give the bartender $15 up front.....more later if I need too.
