Tips on transitioning naps from swing to crib?
Ugh, I have been trying all week to get my 4 month old DD to stop napping in the swing and nap in her crib. I am going back to work soon, and she needs to be able to nap in a crib at my in-laws. I have tried everything, swaddled, unswaddled, pacifier, no pacifier, being in the room, leaving the room, etc. But she just continues to whine and cry and after 30 minutes or so I have to pick her up and put her in the swing where she falls asleep instantaneously. I am making sure I look for her first sleepy signs. I don't know what else to do because she is too young to just let her sit there and cry. Any tips?

I had the SAME issue with DS around 6 months. It was such torture!!!!! He missed naa for a good 3 days because he would cry and cry when I put him in the crib. There is no magic trick. I just kept putting him in and letting him cry it out. After a few days he learned.
