I used shutterfly - they were offering 30% off on the site, free shipping on order of $30 and more, and I googled coupon codes and got an additional $15 off.

i like walgreens b/c i can pick it up instore either that day or the next morning the latest and not pay shipping or pay any next day fees. they're good quality and if you create an account, you get coupons every week.

seehere.com has 25 free 4x8 cards for new members.
I have used them for many invites, holiday cards and photo books and have been happy.

Costco, I get 75 cards for under $20 and they are big and beautiful!
ETA:They are ready in 24 hours. I use my mom's membership card, I do not belong.
